FERTILY medical

 - What is fertility and when woman are fertile? This is the question, which is the most important for our company. I’ll explain how our method works.

I given an example, which based on an average and ideal calculation: we have an ideal 28-day cycle. The ovulation is on the 14th day, and women are fertile from the 11th day to the 15th day.

  It depends on two aspects:

  • the Male reproductive cell's life expectancy, and mobility;

  • Women’s hormonal effects (LH surge, FSH for follicular maturation, etc[SK1] .)

We predict these days by measuring the skin temperature (We detected a shift in skin temperature in 82% of the cycles. The majority of detected temperature shifts (86%) took place on or after the OV. The choice of a threshold at which the temperature shift occurred altered the aforementioned numbers minimally (e.g. setting the temperature threshold at 0.15°C yields 88 and 84%, respectively))[SK2] . and the resting pulse rate at night (We found a significant increase in the median pulse rate during the fertile window (OV-5 to OV) compared to the menstrual phase (estimated change 2.1 beat-per-minute (BPM), standard error (SE) 0.2, p < 0.01)).

For our predictions, we analyze the daily changes in these values. If there is a significant increase that will be the marker of the fertility phase, which contains the fertile days.

We take into account the other factors, what can influence the cycle and ovulation, with a survey.

What can influence women’s fertility?

  • including age (The quality and quantity of a woman's eggs begin to decline with age. In the mid-30s, the rate of follicle loss speeds, resulting in fewer and poorer quality eggs. This makes conception more difficult, and increases the risk of miscarriage.)

  •  BMI

  • sexual history (Sexually transmitted infections such as chlamydia and gonorrhea can damage the fallopian tubes. Having unprotected sex with multiple partners increases your risk of a sexually transmitted infection that may cause fertility problems later.), alcohol intake, smoking (Besides damaging your cervix and fallopian tubes, smoking increases your risk of miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy. It's also thought to age your ovaries and deplete your eggs prematurely.

  • Early initiation of smoking (≤19 years) and high pack-year (≥5) were also significantly associated with premature menopause among postmenopausal women. Lifetime smoking was also correlated with early menopause.)

  • or other aspects that are helping our method effectivity, such as cervical mucus viscosity (During the periovulatory period, under the effect of estrogen, the production of acellular water increases, and the production of mucin decreases.

  • The mesh‐like structure consequently loosens and becomes highly receptive to sperm penetration. Women experience an increased amount of watery discharge resembling raw egg white during this period.), menstruation time (Menstrual cycles between 25 and 35 days are generally ovulatory.

  • Shorter cycles may occur owing to a shortening of the follicular phase, as occurs in aging, or with a short (inadequate) luteal phase, which means that the endometrium is not appropriately prepared to receive a fertilized embryo.

  • Longer and shorter cycles may also indicate anovulation.), dinner intake before sleep, and training intensity at night.

We evaluate these answers and values to predict all fertile days for future moms.

In this survey, we must ask about certain underlying conditions, which we can’t guarantee that our method will be successful.

The Fertily Band helps you to get pregnant with smart sensors. In the night it measures your body (arm) temperature and your heart rate. From this informations the band, and the smart phone app knows when will your ovulation starts. The Fertily Band communicate with your smart phone with bluetooth connection.
